Konark International Cyclothon 2015 : The Konark Temple (Sun Temple) is an Ancient Indian (Specifically Odisha) Architecture of Excellence stands Glorious as World Heritage. The Sun Temple of Konark, also known as Black Pagoda and The Jagannath Temple of Puri also known as White Pagoda, the Distance of 30 km between the two Pagodas is connected through the Virgin Marine Drive full of Flora and Fauna.
Came 2015, with Global Pollution and Petrol being skyrocketed, with the Message to “Save Fuel, Save Environment and Lead a Healthy Life”, CA Sudhir Dash and his noble team of Sh. Dhirendra Kar, Rashmi Ranjan Parida and Others pioneered the Konark International Cyclothon to promote Cycling and Eco tourism in the Puri Konark Marine Drive
The Campaign was a delight and widely accepted by masses and personalities from different walks of life joined the mission to spread awareness. Olympian Dutee Chand, Honourable Sh. Arjun Ram Meghawal, Former Hockey India Captain Dileep Tirkey , Famous Anglo Odia Dr. P.K. Mahanandia and several other celebrities spearheaded the campaign setting a unique milestone that Political Difference stands Nowhere for Good Causes.
Kalinga Literature Festival 2015 : Referred as Koshal (means skilful) in the Epic Mahabharat, the State Transitioned to Kalinga (Means the Land of Art and Craft) to Utkal (Means excellence in Art) now known as Odisha (State recognised on language Odia) is full of literature. the To unleash the unknown potential f the state in diversified literature, CA. Sudhir Kumar Dash joined hands with the team of ROOTS OF ODISHA FOUNDATION to host for the first time the Kalinga Literary Festival in MayFair Bhubaneswar. The Literary Festival in the Eastern India witnessed for the first time the vibrant voice of Mark Tully, Seem Biswas, Rupa Ganguly, Sarat Kataria, Prabhu Chawla in the Temple City on same stage.
Let’s Pedal Expedition : The 2017 edition of Konark International Cyclothon, intending to bring national attention on the increase in air pollution and the Global Climate Change was a big reason for CA. Sudhir Kumar Dash to spearhead his brigade of Cyclist to make a Voyage of 2200 KM from the Temple City (Cultural Capital) of Bhubaneswar to New Delhi (National Capital). Also referred as the Let’s Pedal Expedition, the 15 Cyclists from different walks of life included impacting million minds in 20 cities and 7 states.
Tour-de-Kalinga : With Ancient name Kalinga now know as Odisha, is a unique land scape in the country with full of flora and fauna. With huge Coastal Belt, the Chillika Lagoons, over 40% Forest Lands and Mountain Valley of the Mighty eastern Ghat , is a delight to any Eco, Adventure tourist. To unleash the Potential of the state, CA Sudhir Kumar Dash, motivated from the world event of Tour-de-France, has implemented this Unique idea of a Community Cycling Tour called Tour-de-Kalinga. The 1300 km in 13 days voyage on cycle is a look forward to event for National and International Cyclist cum Nature lovers.
